NEW BOOK RELEASE:
Michael’s Memories
Dr Agnes authored a book on her father’s dementia to convey his experience, both as a daughter and a physician. Through this personal perspective, she seeks to illuminate the impact of dementia, specifically emphasising how social determinants of health—such as socio-economic position and healthcare access—affect marginalised communities, including her father’s Black African heritage.
The book examines the obstacles caregivers encounter, highlighting their emotional and physical burdens and advocating for enhanced resources and support networks for families.
My new book is officially released and available worldwide! This heartfelt project is now ready for readers everywhere, and I can’t wait for you to experience the journey inside.
